Socio-political situation in Ukraine: May, 2016
On 13th – 18th of May, 2016 Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) conducted all-Ukrainian public opinion poll on the client`s request about the recent actions of the President: the appointment of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, situation around the "offshore scandal", and leadership in the ranking at the moment. There were 2039 respondents living in 110 settlements of all regions of Ukraine (except for AR of Crimea) who were personally interviewed. Sample was stochastic and 4-staged with quota selection on the last stage, sample is representative for the population of Ukraine aged 18 and above. Ó In Luhansk and Donetsk regions poll was conducted only on the territories that are controlled by Ukrainian government. Statistical sample error (with probability 0.95 and design-effect of 1.5) does not exceed: 3.3% for indicators close to 50%, 2.8% - for indicators close to 25%, 2.0% - for indicators close to 10%, 1.4% - for indicators close to 5%.
