• 92,2% респондентів вважають, що з підвищенням тарифів на комунальні послуги потрібно боротися. Вважають, що не потрібно боротися – 2%. Ще 5,8% респондентів не змогли або відмовилися відповісти на запитання.
• Разом з цим, серед 92,2% респондентів, які вважають, що слід боротися, 15% дотримуються думки, що найбільш ефективний у цьому О. Ляшко, 14,2% – Ю. Тимошенко. Далі йдуть Ю. Бойко (5,7%), В. Зеленський (2,9%), А. Гриценко (2,4%), П. Порошенко (1,7%), Є. Мураєв (1,5%), С. Вакарчук (1%). Інших політиків загалом назвали 3,1% респондентів. Ще 31,8% респондентів вважають, що жоден з політиків не бореться з підвищенням тарифів, а 12,8% не змогли або відмовилися відповісти на запитання.

Kyiv, December 21, 2018 - The Ukrainian Health Crisis Media Center hosted a presentation of the results of this year's “Health Index. Ukraine”, initiated by the International Renaissance Foundation, the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology and the School of Public Health of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. The purpose of the study is to determine the actual level of satisfaction of Ukrainian citizens with medical care, as well as their experience and behavior in health-related issues. The research is conducted for the third year in a row and allows us to trace changes in the experience, perceptions and attitudes of Ukrainians to individual components of medical reform

The study data was presented by the deputy director of KIIS Victoria Zahozha.

66.3% of respondents believe that a citizen of Ukraine possessing land / land shares should have the right to freely dispose of it, including the right to sell. 17.1% believe that a citizen should not have this right. Another 16.6% couldn’t decide or refused to answer the question.

17.7% of respondents answered “yes” to the question "Did you or your family members participate in the “Dostupni liky” program, that allows for pharmacies to provide patients who are suffering from chronic diseases such as asthma, type II diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases with medications for free or for lower price?" Another 79.7% of respondents answered "no", and 2.6% could not answer the question.

82% українців погано оцінюють соціально-економічну ситуацію в країні. Ще 14,3% вважають її посередньою, а 0,9% добре оцінює становище (ще 2,8% завагалися з відповіддю або взагалі відмовилися відповідати);

Респондентам, які посередньо або погано оцінили ситуацію, ставилися два додаткові запитання: «Хто, на Вашу думку, більшою мірою винен у соціально-економічних негараздах в Україні?» і «З ким / чим Ви пов’язуєте свої сподівання на поліпшення ситуації в Україні у найближчий час?». На запитання про те, хто винен у негараздах, 78,6% респондентів обрали варіант «некомпетентні та/або корумповані державні діячі, які перебувають при владі». Ще 5,6% обрали варіант «воєнна агресія Росії», 3% – «опозиційні політики, які заважають роботі органів влади та розхитують ситуацію в країні», 2,4% – «надмірне втручання Заходу у внутрішні справи України». Інші варіанти обрали менше 1% респондентів;
