Socio-political moods of the population of Ukraine: current political events according to the results of a telephone survey conducted on November 26-29, 2021
On November 26-29, 2021, the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) conducted an all-Ukrainian public opinion poll. By the method of computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) based on a random sample of mobile telephone numbers (with random generation of telephone numbers and subsequent statistical weighing) were interviewed 1203 respondents living in all regions of Ukraine (except AR of Crimea). The sample is representative of the adult population (18 years and older) of Ukraine. The sample does not include territories that are temporarily not controlled by the authorities of Ukraine - the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, some districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. In Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the poll was conducted only in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities. The statistical error of the sample (with a probability of 0.95 and taking into account the design effect of 1.1) does not exceed: 3.2% for indicators close to 50%, 2.7% for indicators close to 25%, 2.1% - for indicators close to 12%, 1.4% - for indicators close to 5%. Over the last month, the share of those who believe that affairs in the country are moving in the wrong direction has increased from 61.7% to 65.9%. At the same time, the share of those who speak about the right direction decreased from 22.7% to 18.6%.

The majority of respondents (58.2%) do not support V. Zelenskyi running for a second term. Support – 34.3%.

Attitude towards remote voting via the Internet
The majority of respondents (65.9%) are negative about the possible introduction of remote voting via the Internet, positive – 29%. Although negative attitudes predominate among all age groups, at the same time the younger the respondents, the better the attitude to remote voting via the Internet.

Effectiveness of V. Zelenskyi as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief in the event of a possible Russian invasion and attitude to the possible imposition of martial law
Among the respondents there are more who believe that in the event of Russia's invasion V. Zelenskyi will not be able to work effectively as Supreme Commander-in-Chief – 51.6% of respondents think so, compared to 35.9% who believe that he can work effectively.

Opinions and views of respondents on who of the Ukrainian Presidents was the best commander-in-chief and head of foreign policy
To the question who of the Ukrainian Presidents best coped with the duties of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the majority of respondents named L. Kuchma (22.8%) and P. Poroshenko (21.9%), the difference is statistically insignificant. To the question who of the Ukrainian presidents best coped with the duties of foreign policy leader, most respondents named P. Poroshenko (25%) and L. Kuchma (23.4%), the difference is statistically insignificant.

Half of the respondents (49.6%) believe that the decision of the "Sluha Narodu" not to go on the air of "Ukraina" and "Ukraina 24" is based on intolerance of criticism. Consider this to be just indignation due to the bias of TV channels - 20.2%.

Respondents first of all perceive the intentions of de-oligarchization as a populist step to raise the rating (36% think so). Also, 20.7% consider it an attempt to take control of TV channels owned by the oligarchs. About 18% believe that this is a step that will make Ukraine successful, and that it is a sincere desire for justice. 17.5% perceive this as an attempt by V. Zelenskyi and his entourage to redistribute property and become oligarchs themselves.

65.7% of Ukrainians know about failure of special operation of Ukrainian special services to detain Wagner private army militants, although only 20.6% say they are well informed and 33.2% say they have only heard something but do not know the details. At the same time, the level of awareness has increased over the last month (in October 51.5% heard at least something about it).

Among the respondents who heard at least something, most respondents (37.4%) impose responsibility for the transfer (drain) of information from the top political leadership of Ukraine. Another 20.3% believe that this was due to lack of professionalism and mistakes of the top political leadership of Ukraine. Інші варіанти обирали менше респондентів.

Exept this, 39.2% of respondents trust V. Burba's information that the intervention of the President's Office led to the disruption of the special operation, and there are people in the Office who give out secret information to Russia. Do not trust - 38.6%.

Crisis phenomena in energy
Most respondents (34.9%) believe that the main cause of the energy crisis is the incompetence of the Ukrainian government. This is followed by explanations such as deliberate actions of oligarchs (21.9%) and corruption of the government (17.6%).
