HOW OFTEN UKRAINIANS USE E-SERVICES: RESULTS OF THE SOCIOLOGICAL SURVEY
On September 18-27, 2021, the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) conducted an all-Ukrainian public opinion poll commissioned by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). By the method of computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) were interviewed 2006 respondents living in all regions of Ukraine (except the Autonomous Republic of Crimea). The sample is representative for the adult population (aged 18 and over) of Ukraine (except for the temporarily occupied territories). The aim of the research was to study the prevalence and experience of using e-services by the residents of Ukraine. In particular, in 2020 the first wave of research was conducted to assess the dynamics of the use of e-services.
