Результати дослідження показують, що майже 90% населення (точніше 88%) турбує поширення коронавірусу в Україні, з них 35% дуже сильно турбує.   Ті, кого поширення вірусу не турбує, складають лише 6%.

На запитання «Як Ви вважаєте, заходи щодо забезпечення карантину в Україні повинні бути більш жорсткими, ніж зараз, менш жорсткими або ж вжиті заходи цілко адекватні?» відносна більшість (40%) відповіли, що заходи мають бути більш жорсткими.  Третина (33%) вважають, що заходи цілком адекватні і 22% вважають, що заходи повинні бути менш жорсткими, введено занадто багато непотрібних обмежень.  Тобто 75% опитаних підтримують введені заходи чи вважають, що вони мають бути ще більш жорсткими.

Since 2014, there has been a relative but steady decline in the happiness index in the world. It is calculated as the difference between the percentage of people who consider themselves happy and the percentage of unhappy people. This index fell from 64% in 2014 to 48% in 2018. In 2019, the happiness index remained the same as in 2018, which is 48%. Knowing this background, Ukraine, with a value of this index of 33%, shows clear progress. At the end of the last year, 51% of the Ukrainians considered themselves happy and only 18% thought their personal lives were unhappy. Thus, the happiness index was + 33% against + 8% in 2017 (this question was not asked in Ukraine in 2018). And although the indicator of Ukraine is relatively small (among the last ten countries on the list), we see positive dynamics. 

The study in question has been conducting by the Gallup International Association (GIA), the association of independent polling organizations, since 1947 in 46 countries, including Ukraine from time to time. The Romir research holding is the only representative of this association throughout the post-Soviet space, and in Ukraine, the research was conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS).

With some fluctuations, humanity gradually loses optimism. 37% of the population of the planet is hoping for a better off the upcoming year. A little less, 31% expect no change, and a quarter - 25% - remain pessimistic, believing it will become worse. Thus, the optimism index that is calculated by subtracting the number of pessimistic people from the number of optimistic people, was 12 pp in 2019, while in 2018 it averaged 13 pp. Whereas in Ukraine, compared to 2018, there was a significant increase in optimistic sentiment in 2019, and the index valued 25 pp. against 4pp. in 2018. In general, Ukraine took 15th place among 46 countries by the level of optimism of its inhabitants.

These are data from an international study conducted by Gallup International, the association of independent polling agencies. In Ukraine, the research has been conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) for the fifth year in a row.

9.6% of respondents have had experience in purchasing airline tickets in the last 1.5 years (7.1% of them have purchased tickets with international connection, 1.6% - with the connection within Ukraine, 0.9% - with both international and domestic connection).

Among those who have experienced the purchase of airline tickets (that is, among 88 respondents who said they have purchased airline tickets in the past year and a half), 57.6% say that low fares are the most important factor in choosing an airline, 25.5% mention high level of service, 14.8% mention punctuality.
