Well-being of residents of Ukraine in April 2021
The assessment of public welfare by the population of Ukraine is negative, the index is -32 (its value can vary from -100 to +100). Compared to 2018, this estimate has increased slightly. On average, Ukrainians are much more satisfied with their own lives than with the life of the country (the index is higher by 47 points), over the past five years the index of individual well-being has risen from -8 to +15 and is now the highest for the observation period.
What to gift women on March 8?
Most likely, the vast majority of those who plan to congratulate women on March 8th have already bought the gifts. However, our press release may give a hint to those who are still undecided. KIIS has been asking women about what they would like to receive as a gift on March 8 for 10 years already. In addition, we are interested in men's plans and we see that they take into account our tips.

It turns out that many people interpret the sociological ratings incorrectly. Partly it is the fault of sociologists because they can not agree on the standards for the publication of ratings (actually they have agreed on some but not all). In those Ukrainian families where the majority of domestic work takes women, only 22% of men are willing to equally divide household duties
In a joint project of the UN Population Fund in Ukraine and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine "Happiness in 4 hands" Kyiv International Institute of Sociology conducted a research, which revealed the disparity in the views of women and men in the distribution of household chores and responsibilities for the care of children. Results are presented for those households where the woman still carries out all or most of the domestic duties.
44% of Ukrainians consider sex to be an important part of their lives — social research by KIIS
Almost 5% (4,9%) of Ukrainians aged 18 and older have never tried sex. 95,1% of population of Ukraine has already had sexual relations.
These are results of survey, conducted by Kiev International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) according to the request by “Ukraine today” enterprise.
