KIIS conducted nationwide poll during the period of April 14–26, 2012. 2038 respondents were interviewed; the survey covered all regions of Ukraine (including the city of Kyiv) and Crimea; sample was random and representative for the population of Ukraine aged 18 years and older.

The survey — unlike the one, which was conducted during the period of April 12–24 by KIIS — was performed with the party lists, where UNC "Batkivschyna" and the Party "Front of Changes" were already united into one political force.

A marked increase in the number of Ukrainian Internet audience

KIIS conducted nationwide poll “Omnibus” KIIS during the period of February 10–19, 2012. 2029 respondents were interviewed, the survey covered all regions of Ukraine (including the city of Kyiv) and Crimea; sample was random and representative for the population of Ukraine aged 18 years and older.

During the survey Omnibus-KIIS held in February, 2012, respondents were asked the question about how much they trust or distrust different social and political institutions. The result was calculated and designed as a trust-mistrust balance, being the difference between the percentage of those who trust and those who distrust.

KIIS tracks the dynamics of self-assessment of health of population of Ukraine by means of Omnibus research since 1995 (medical researches show that self-assessment of health is closely related to the real level of health). It was observed the deterioration of such self-esteem during the long period of time. However, starting from the beginning of the century we note a gradual and steady increase in the population’s optimism in view of its own health.
