39% of respondents consider that the President of Ukraine observes of the Constitutional provisions.

31% of respondents consider that the government observes the provisions of the Constitution, 20% – the Ukrainian Parliament, 28% – the Constitutional Court.

За даними опитувань КМІС різних років, приблизно від 10 до 14% українських родин взагалі не відзначають ніяких свят, включаючи дні народження, Новий рік та Різдво. Отже, за даними опитування, проведеного у лютому 2008 року, серед усього дорослого населення України  7% чоловіків з різних причин не збираються робити подарунки на 8 Березня, а 16% жінок не очікують подарунків.
