Trust to social institutes, December 2018
The most trusted category among the Ukrainians is ordinary people living nearby (68%), volunteers who are helping the army and displaced people (63% and 61%), the church (51%), and the armed forces of Ukraine (51%). The least trust belongs to the government of Ukraine (11%), the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (8%) and Russian media (4%). In general, the level of trust in some institutions has changed somewhat over the year.

Opinions and views of the population on the eve of the start of the presidential election campaign
The data of the research that was conducted at the request of the public organization "All-Ukrainian Blockchain Association" by Kyiv International Institute of Sociology was presented on December 19, 2018 during the presentation of the "Koalitsiia natsionalnoi yednosti (Coalition of National Unity)" initiative at a press conference in the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center. Below are the major results of this survey.

Attitude of the Ukrainians to public holidays, November 2018
Compared to previous periods, the biggest increase is observed in the importance of celebrating the Independence Day, and importance of holidays such as the Day of the Defender of Ukraine and the Constitution Day also increased. The share of the population for which the International Women's Day was among the favorite holidays slightly decreased. New Year, Christmas, and Easter are stably among top-3 holidays.

"Health Index. Ukraine". Presentation of KIIS research data
Kyiv, December 21, 2018 - The Ukrainian Health Crisis Media Center hosted a presentation of the results of this year's “Health Index. Ukraine”, initiated by the International Renaissance Foundation, the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology and the School of Public Health of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. The purpose of the study is to determine the actual level of satisfaction of Ukrainian citizens with medical care, as well as their experience and behavior in health-related issues. The research is conducted for the third year in a row and allows us to trace changes in the experience, perceptions and attitudes of Ukrainians to individual components of medical reform The study data was presented by the deputy director of KIIS Victoria Zahozha. |
