В листопаді цього року 31% українців надали б перевагу тому, щоб наша країна підписала договір про Асоціацію та Зону вільної торгівлі з Європейським союзом і, ставши членом ЄС, мала б з Росією закриті кордони – з візами та митницями. 41% українців надали б перевагу тому, щоб Україна за таких умов не ставала членом ЄС і мала  з Росією відкриті кордони – без віз та митниць. 27% респондентів не змогли визначитись із відповіддю на це питання. 2% відмовились відповідати.

In mid-November, as well as two months ago, almost 76% of Ukrainian were willing to participate in the referendum on Ukraine's accession to the European Union and the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, but the percentages for the two groups during this time are statistically equal : Ukrainian willing to vote for accession to the European Union was almost the same as ready to vote for accession to the Customs Union - about 38%

49.8% of the adult population of Ukraine used the Internet in September 2013. Thus, growth in the number of users continues even at a faster pace than expected. The growth rate in February 2012 - October 2013 was 16%, which is slightly inferior record jump of 34% in the period from March 2011 to February 2012

Almost 76% of Ukrainian would be willing now to take part in the referendum on Ukraine's accession to the European Union and the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
About 41% would vote for the enter the joining to European Union and 35% - for the joining to Customs Union.

61% of respondents hold to the view that this issue should resolve the citizens of Ukraine for a national referendum.
